When you send an enquiry through the form on this website, we receive the details you enter (for example name, phone, email, event type, date, number of guests, location, message, or for food orders the dishes, date and pick-up point). We use them only to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer or handle your order.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email or phone, the respective provider's privacy terms also apply.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. Form submissions are sent to us by email (hello@kasanist.com) and are not stored on the web server. When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page securely. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Storage period
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request or as required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to data portability and to object. Write to hello@kasanist.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
